FALSE: Per section 207-46 of Borough Ordinance, no U-turns shall be made on any two-way street in the Borough of Columbia unless they can be made back of the intersection and at such times and places as may be indicated by official signs. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a penalty as set forth in the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code.
