SANDRO NEGRON, JR., AGE 18, OF COLUMBIA, WAS CITED FOR DRIVING WHILE OPERATING PRIVILEGE IS SUSPENDED OR REVOKED, IN THE 500 BLOCK OF CONCORD, 2115 HOURS, 29 OCTOBER 2016.

WANDA ENID TORRES, AGE 36, OF COLUMBIA, WAS CITED FOR OPERATION OF A VEHICLE WITHOUT OFFICIAL CERTIFICATE OF INSPECTION, ON NORTH 5TH. AND MAPLE STREETS, 0814 HOURS., 31 OCTOBER 2016.

TANASIA LANETTA PEARSON, AGE 22, OF COLUMBIA, WAS CITED FOR CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, FOR AN INCIDENT THAT HAPPENED IN THE 300 BLOCK OF SOUTH 3RD. ST., ON THE 19TH. OF OCTOBER 2016.

WILLIAM CASTILLO, III, AGE 37, OF COLUMBIA, WAS CITED FOR DRIVING WHILE OPERATING PRIVILEGE IS SUSPENDED OR REVOKED AND FOR TRAFFIC-CONTROL SIGNALS, AT 4TH. AND LOCUST STREETS, 1950 HOURS, 28 OCTOBER 2016.

POLICE RECEIVED A REPORT OF A BURGLARY, IN THE 200 BLOCK OF WALNUT STREET, THAT HAPPENED SOMETIME BETWEEN THE 27TH. & 28TH. OF OCTOBER 2016.  THE OCCUPANT  OF THE APARTMENT REPORTED HE WAS MISSING A 20 INCH TV WITH A BUILT IN DVD PLAYER, THAT HAD BEEN  LOCATED IN THE KITCHEN AREA.  VALUE OF THE ITEM WAS APPROX. $100.00.  ANYONE WITH ANY INFORMATION IS ASKED TO CONTACT COLUMBIA BOROUGH POLICE AT (717)684-7735.

HOWARD DAVID MUSSER, III, AGE 42, OF COLUMBIA, WAS CHARGED WITH A P.F.A. VIOLATION, FOR AN INCIDENT ON 20 OCTOBER 2016.

RAY CHARLES BRADSHAW, JR., AGE 26, OF LANCASTER, WAS CHARGED WITH D.U.I., GENERAL IMPAIRMENT;  D.U.I.-ALCOHOL RATE .16% OR HIGHER;  DRIVING WHILE OPERATING PRIVILEGE IS SUSPENDED OR REVOKED;  ACCIDENTS INVOLVING DAMAGE TO UNATTENDED VEHICLE OR PROPERTY;  DISREGARDING TRAFFIC LANE, (SINGLE LANE);  AND RESTRICTIONS ON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.  THIS WAS A RESULT OF AN ACCIDENT 29 OCTOBER 2016, AT NORTH THIRD & CEDAR STREETS. 

CHARGES WERE FILED ON DEREK ROBERT ZINK, AGE 28, FOR SIMPLE ASSAULT, DOMESTIC RELATED, THAT HAPPENED 30 OCTOBER 2016, WHEN HE APPARENTLY STRUCK A FEMALE TWICE IN THE FACE AND THEN KICKED HER WHEN SHE WAS ON THE GROUND.

CHARLES DAVID RUTH, AGE 39, OF COLUMBIA, WAS CITED FOR DISORDERLY CONDUCT, AFTER HE WAS PUT OUT OF BRUCESKI'S PUB, S. 2ND. STREET, 29 OCTOBER 2016.  HE APPARENTLY MADE THREATS TO RETURN WITH A WEAPON WHEN PUT OUT.  HE WAS FOUND TO RETURNING TO THE AREA WITH A BASEBALL BAT.

ROBERT EDWARD AMMAY, AGE 39, OF LANCASTER, WAS CITED FOR THE FOLLOWING TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS, 26 OCTOBER 2016:  OPERATION OF VEHICLE WITHOUT OFFICICL CERTIFICATE OF INSPECTION;  PROHIBITION ON EXPENDITURES FOR EMISSION INSPECTION PROGRAM;  DRIVING WHILE OPERATING PRIVILEGE IS SUSPENDED OR REVOKED;  REGISTRATION & CERTIFICATION OF TITLE REQUIRED;  REQUIRED FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY;  AND STOP SIGNS & YIELD SIGNS, ALL IN THE 1100 BLOCK OF MANOR STREET.

EDWARD MICHAEL SAWYER, AGE 37, OF LEOLA, WAS CITED FOR CARLESS DRIVING ANDF FOR ACCIDENTS INVOLVING DAMAGE TO UNATTENDED VEHICLE OR PROPERTY, AT MANOR AND TENTH STREETS, AFTER AN ACCIDENT ON 29 OCTOBER 2016, APPROX. 0231 HOURS.
