Street closures and parking restrictions begin at 4:00 a.m. and are expected to end by 4:00 p.m. 

🚗 STREET CLOSURES & PARKING RESTRICTIONS 

Locust Street (Front St. → 7th St.) • CLOSED to traffic • No parking in the 100–600 blocks 

2nd Street (Walnut St. → Avenue I) • CLOSED to traffic • No parking • Parking between Walnut St. and Avenue H reopens at 10:00 a.m. 

3rd Street (Avenue H → Avenue I) • CLOSED ½ block off Locust in both directions • No parking • Access to Hinkle’s parking lot remains open 

4th Street (Avenue H → Avenue I) • CLOSED to traffic • No parking • Additional restriction: No parking on the west side of N. 4th St. between Avenue H and Walnut St. (across from the Post Office) 

6th Street (Avenue H → Cherry St.) • CLOSED to traffic • No parking from Avenue H to the Park School lot • Resident parking permitted between the school lot and Cherry St. • Access to CVS parking lot remains open
