UPDATE: The owner was located. On May 31, 2026, a lost dog was found at the intersection of 4th Street and Locust Street. The dog is a friendly white and black Boston Terrier. If you believe this dog belongs to you, please contact the Columbia Borough Police Department to claim your pet.
