On 11/8/21 at approximately 2:30pm the Columbia Borough Police Department was notified that an old milk box had been stolen from a front porch in the 400 block of Manor Street  some time between 11/7/21 at 1:30pm and 11/8/21 at 12:30pm.  The milk box is valued at approximately $25.00.  Anyone with information regarding this theft is encouraged to contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 or by texting "LANCS" to 847411.
