On 9/30/19 at approximately 6:30pm a female contacted the Columbia Borough Police Department regarding a stolen PA License Plate (No. ZNC-7530).  She stated that she sold the vehicle that the license plate was originally assigned to and, at the time, intended to turn the plate in but had not gotten a chance to do it yet.  She said she received a bill in the mail from the Port Authority of NY & NJ which included a picture of a Toyota Tundra, with the license, plate going through the EZPASS lane to avoid paying the toll.  Anyone with information regarding this case should contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 or text LANCS to 847411.
