On 2/17/22 at approximately 10:56am the Columbia Borough Police Department was notified, by a resident of the 200 block of North 2nd Street, that someone had stolen a enter cap (approximate value of $25.00) from one of the tires on his vehicle.  He also noted that there was damage to the other tires, which led him to believe they tried to take the caps from those tires as well.  Anyone with information regarding this crime is encouraged to contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 or by texting "LANCS" to 847411.
