On 11/29/21 at approximately 12:43pm the Columbia Borough Police Department was notified that a bicycle had been stolen from the first block of North Fourth Street, Columbia.  The owner described the bicycle as a red 24 inch Giant with a Cloud 9 seat, with a small tear on the right hand side, a gear that is stuck in 4th and a Slaymaker lock attached to the seat as well as a rare old rack on the back.  Anyone with information regarding this theft is encouraged to contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 or by texting "LANCS" to 847411.
