On 9/20/19 at approximately 10:01 am an officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department responded to a report of harassment in the 800 block of Blunston Street.  The victim reported that sometime between 9pm on 9/19/19 and 5:00am on 9/20/19 someone had thrown an unknown brown substance onto two of their vehicles.  No damage was reported.  Anyone with information as to this crime should contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 or text 847411.
