On 8/7/19 at approximately 1:44pm an officer from the Columbia Borough Police Department responded to a call at River Park, which is located at 41 Walnut Street, for an unsupervised suitcase sitting by a tree.  The officer located the suitcase and found a document with the name Julie Haines on it.  If Anyone knows Julie Haines and knows how to contact her please call the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 or text LANCS to 847411 so the suitcase can be returned to her.
