On 10/14/19 at approximately 8:20pm the Columbia Borough Police Department responded to a report of suspicious activity to the rear of a property in the 100 block of Locust Street.  The caller told the officer that when she arrived home she noticed a 6-7 juveniles, about 16 years old, hanging around the rear of a property.  She said when they saw her they all left and went West on Avenue H but left a broken 21 speed bicycle behind.  Anyone with information as to the owner of bicycle should contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735.
