UPDATE:  THIS BEAUTIFUL DOG HAS BEEN ADOPTED INTO A LOVING FOREVER HOME. 

Columbia Borough Police are investigating a dog that was found abandoned at Rotary Park, 151 Commerce St., Columbia, PA. The dog was a small, female, mixed breed, brown puppy that was tied off to a trash can. The dog had a green collar and leash attached.
