On 5/8/23 at approximately 12:52pm Jordan Parker, age 23, of Columbia, PA did commit the acts of strangulation, criminal mischief, and simple assault while in the 200 block of South Eighth Street, Columbia, PA.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges.  Parker is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
