On 10/4/23 at approximately 2:57pm, Heather Marie Hess, age 46, of Columbia, PA, did commit the act of making terroristic threats when she threatened to cause harm to another person.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges.  Hess is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
