On 9/14/23 at approximately 7:37pm, the Columbia Borough Police Department was notified that Destinee Marie Fischer, age 22, of Columbia, PA did commit the act of harassment when she sent text messages with obscene and threatening verbiage to another person.  Based on the incident an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges.  Fischer is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
