On 9/11/25 at approximately 2:36am, Dorion Wesley Fears, Jr., age 28, of Columbia, PA did commit the acts of criminal trespass/simple trespasser, indecent exposure, open lewdness, and use/possession of drug paraphernalia while in the 500 block of Avenue N, Columbia, PA. Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges. Fears is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
