On October 3, 2026, at approximately 6:50 p.m., David Edward Brown, Sr., 56, of Columbia, PA, was charged with Public Drunkenness following an incident in the 200 block of Locust Street in Columbia, PA.

Based on the incident, an officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges against Brown.

Brown is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
