The Bradley H. Foulk Children’s Advocacy Center of Erie County invites our community to take part in “Blooming in Blue” this April in recognition of Child Abuse Prevention Month.

Blue pinwheels serve as a powerful symbol of the bright, carefree childhood every child deserves. By displaying pinwheels and a yard sign at your home, you can help raise awareness and show your support for children and families across Erie County.

Residents can request a free yard sign and pinwheel display (while supplies last). Simply place your order and let us know where you’d like them installed—CAC volunteers will take care of the rest.
