These FREE 8-week courses provide education, awareness, skill-building, and connection for:

✔️ Family members supporting a loved one
Peer-to-Peer is a recovery-focused course led by peers, offering tools for communication, goal-setting, and navigating treatment options
Family-to-Family helps loved ones better understand and support someone with mental illness—while also maintaining their own well-being.
