The Upper Chichester Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a male suspect involved in a theft incident.

On April 28th, at approximately 11:50 AM, a bike was stolen, and the suspect was captured on video wearing an Under Armour hoodie. We are releasing this footage in hopes that someone can help identify the individual.
