Lower Paxton Township is reminding motorists of the dangers of impaired driving during the Labor Day Holiday Weekend. The Lower Paxton Township Bureau of Police will be participating in additional impaired driving enforcement this holiday weekend.
The Dauphin County DUI Task Force and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (Penn DOT) would encourage all individuals that are celebrating to do so responsibly and plan to get home safely by designating a sober driver or calling a rideshare.
Lower Paxton Township is one of thirteen Dauphin County law enforcement agencies that will be participating in the weekend patrols with the funding being provided by the Lower Paxton Township Police Traffic Safety Grant.
