On 7-25-25 around 6 p.m., the Lower Paxton Township Bureau of Police was dispatched to an armed Robbery at A One Smoke Shop, 5285 Devonshire Road.  It was determined that a suspect had robbed the store with a pistol.  An investigation was conducted and Kevin Fox was identified as a suspect.  A short time later, Fox was located at a local hotel.  Fox was taken into custody after a short foot pursuit.

Fox was charged with Robbery F1, Person Not to Possess a Firearm F1, Flight To Avoid Apprehension F3, Resisting Arrest M2 and Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Fox was taken to the Dauphin County Judicial Center, where he was remanded to Dauphin County Prison after receiving $150,000 straight bail.

A search warrant was conducted and the weapon used and items stolen during the robbery were recovered
