On December 16, 2025, at around 7:30 a.m., the Lower Paxton Bureau of Police responded to a call at the Colonial Park United Church of Christ, located at 5000 Devonshire Rd, regarding an unwanted individual on the premises. Upon arrival, officers found Anjan Gajurel, a resident of Elizabethtown, PA, inside the building, who appeared to be under the influence. After speaking with church staff, it was determined that Gajurel had entered the property during the overnight hours and that he was not permitted to be on the property. He was subsequently taken into custody and charged with Criminal Trespass and Public Drunkenness. Following his arraignment by MDJ Klein, Gajurel's bail was set at $5,000 unsecured.
