On March 19, 2026, the Lower Paxton Bureau of Police responded to a theft report at Budget Car Rental. The investigation revealed that Naasir Frost, a Harrisburg resident, had rented a vehicle but failed to make payments. When Frost requested an extension, he was denied due to his outstanding balance. In response, Frost took the keys and stole the vehicle. Shortly after, Swatara Township Police Department located Frost and took him into custody without incident. Frost was then transported to the Dauphin County Booking Center, where he was charged with theft of lease property. Following his arraignment by MDJ Wenner, bail was set at $25,000. Unable to post bail, Frost was remanded to Dauphin County Prison.
