On January 6, 2026, at around 5:30 pm, the Lower Paxton Bureau of Police initiated a traffic stop in the 4600 block of Jonestown Road. During the stop, officers interacted with the vehicle's driver, identified as Andrew Boyle of Lock Haven. Upon speaking with Boyle, officers noticed indications of criminal and drug-related activity, as well as fraudulent state inspection stickers. A search warrant was obtained and executed on the vehicle, resulting in the seizure of a substantial amount of heroin and cocaine, along with a small quantity of marijuana and drug-related paraphernalia. Boyle was taken into custody and charged with multiple offenses, including Possession with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Altered/Forged/Counterfeit Documents. Following his arraignment by MDJ Zozos, Boyle's bail was set at $20,000.00. He was able to post bail and was subsequently released from custody.
