It's been two years, Sunday, August 11th, 2024, since the Harrisburg Police responded to the area of South 19th and Derry Streets for a report of shots fired with an individual struck. When the officers arrived, they determined that the victim, 13-year-old Na'Ryah Wright, had been struck by gunfire and would die as a result of her injuries. An investigation was initiated and has been ongoing. 

It is known that a large number of individuals were present at the time of this incident. The Harrisburg Police are asking anyone with information on this incident to come forward and help to get justice for Na'Ryah.
