On Monday August 17th, at about 2:45pm, the Harrisburg Police responded to the area of North Cameron Street and Reily Road for a report of a person on a bicycle struck by a motor vehicle. Upon the arrival of officers, they located the struck bicyclist, as well as the striking vehicle and its operator. 

The bicyclist was transported to a local hospital for emergency treatment and was last known to be in critical condition. An investigation is active and ongoing at this time.
