On July 30th three Harrisburg Police officer met with 14 youth from Harrisburg City to spend the day fishing at Gifford Pinchot State Park for the 4th Annual HPAL fishing trip.  This is where cops and kids spend the day fishing together.  The youth were transported by bus and met the officers at the lake.  All but three youth had never gone fishing before.  The three had fished before did so last year when they participated.  All the youth but one were able to catch several fish.  That youth will be back next year to try once again!
