The Carlisle Police Department is aware of flyers that were placed in baggies and dispersed on vehicles and areas throughout the Borough. 

If anyone has video of the actors or knows a timeframe of when they were placed, please submit a tip thru Crimewatch or contact our station at 717-243-5252.
