The Camp Hill Police Department began investigating a male suspect in May of 2025 for harassing victims that are known to him in the borough. The male would make social media posts about the victims even after being told to stop by them and by the police.  The harassment escalated into the male posting partial nude photos of one of the victims that only he had possession of. On Thursday April 16th, 2026, Ali Tobar of Nyack New York turned himself on one two arrest warrants obtained by the Camp Hill Police Department. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for a later date. Tobar is charged with Stalking, Unlawful Dissemination of an Intimate Image and Harassment.
