On Thursday December 29th, 2023 at or about 1542 hours the Camp Hill Police Department was dispatched to the 711 located at 3180 Market Street for an active shoplifting incident. Upon arriving on scene responding officers learned that a female had selected items offered for sale by 711 and left the store without paying for them. The female was still in the parking lot when officers arrived and was taken into custody. The female also had an arrest warrant out of another police agency in Cumberland County for Retail Theft. The female was transported to The Cumberland County Prison to be processed and arraigned on Retail Theft charges as well being processed and arraigned on the Retail Theft arrest warrant. The accused is a 31 year old female with a Hershey, PA address.
