On Tuesday  December 23rd, 2026 the Camp Hill Police Department was contacted by the Boscov's Department Store located at 170 S.32nd Street in reference to a non-active theft by deception incident. The investigating officer learned that on Monday December 22nd, 2026 at or about 1422 hours a female had entered  Boscov's and selected a coffee maker valued at $99.99 that she proceeded to return without ever purchasing. The female then received a gift card for the return that she used to make purchases with at Boscov's. During an investigation the female was identified. This resulted in a 40 year old female with a Dillsburg PA address being charged with Access device fraud and Theft by Deception.
