On Wednesday, October 28, 2026 and Thursday, October 29, 2026, East 3rd Street will be closed from Elm Street to Locust Street.

On Wednesday, East 3rd Street will be closed from Spruce Street to Locust Street.

On Thursday, East 3rd Street will be closed from Spruce Street to Elm Street.

Both days, the road will be closed from 8am to 4pm.

Please follow the "No Parking" signs that have been placed on East 3rd Street and traffic signage for the road closure.
