During a police investigation into the April 18, 2026, shots‑fired call in the 300 block of Catherine Street, Bloomsburg, officers identified two locations as areas of interest. Police also identified a second shooter as a juvenile male. After gathering additional information, police obtained two search warrants.

On April 28, 2026, at approximately 6:00 a.m., the Bloomsburg Police Department served two search warrants related to this incident. Bloomsburg Police were assisted by the Columbia/Montour County SWAT Team, Williamsport Special Response Team, Columbia County Drug Task Force, Pennsylvania State Police, and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force.

The search warrants were executed at 400 Railroad Street, Bloomsburg, PA 17815, and 61 Neyhart Road, Orangeville, PA 17859.

As a result of the searches, police arrested one 13 year old male in connection with the April 18, 2026, Catherine Street incident. Police also seized several firearms at the Orangeville residence, along with suspected narcotics and related items.
