UPDATE 6-9-2026:

BROOKE WAGNER was located by Township Police and taken into custody on the two traffic warrants. She was taken before District Judge Kibler to answer to the charges.

Woodward Township Police have  two (2) traffic warrants for BROOKE LINDSEY WAGNER for Driving While Operating Privilege Is Suspended and Operating a Vehicle With Expired Inspection. On March 27^th WAGNER allegedly was witnessed driving a vehicle on Woodward Avenue while her drivers license was suspended and the vehicle had an expired inspection sticker. 

All persons accused of committing a crime, and any discussion thereof, are presumed to be innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
