On Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at approximately 0630 hrs. officers and agents from the Region IV East Drug Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant at 5 Corning St. 3^rd Floor Apt. Lock Haven, Pa.

Upon execution of the search warrant, two (2) individuals were located inside the residence, Janet Evans (19) and Jason Young (45).  Young was located in the bathroom of the residence discarding crystal methamphetamine in the sink and toilet. 

Once the residence was secured officers and agents began searching the residence at which time twenty (20) grams of crystal methamphetamine, $367.00 of US Currency, three (3) Apple cellphones, and multiple pieces of drug paraphernalia were located throughout the residence.

Young and Evans were then transported to the Pine Creek Township Police Department where officers compiled criminal complaints charging Young and Evans with Criminal Conspiracy, Possession with Intent to deliver, Possession of a controlled substance, and Tampering with Evidence.

Both Young and Evans were transported to the Clinton County Correctional Facility and will be arraigned by the District Magistrate.

Agencies participating in the early morning operation were the Pine Creek Township Police Department, Lock Haven City Police Department, Clinton County Sheriff Department, Clinton County District Attorney’s Office, Detectives from the Snyder County District Attorney’s Office, and agents from the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General.
