On 10/16/2023 Mary T. Yost of 820 East Central Avenue, Pine Creek Township was arraigned on an arrest warrant that was obtained by the Pine Creek Township Police Department following an ongoing drug delivery investigation. Mary Yost was charged with 4 Felony counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, 4 Felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, 4 Felony counts of Criminal use of a communication facility and 4 Misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Mary Yost is accused of selling bath salts to an informant on the following dates from her residence on East Central Avenue in Pine Creek Township.
March 8, 2023, 2.8 grams for $200.
March 14, 2023, 1.8 grams for $120  
March 18, 2023, 1 gram for $120,
March 20, 2023, 2.5 grams for $200.  

Mary Yost was arraigned by District Judge Keith Kibler. Bail was set at $75,000 and a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for October 23, 2023.  Yost remains committed to the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

At the same time, Mary Yost was arraigned on a second warrant that was issued to the Pine Creek Township Police for a separate case from  7/26/23 when Mary Yost was pulled over by officers after she was observed driving and there was an active warrant for her arrest on similar drug delivery charges from an earlier incident in January 2023. During this incident Yost was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after a search warrant of Yost’s vehicle was served and officers recovered cocaine, smoking pipes, packaging bags and needles. Bail was set at $2,500 and a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for October 23, 2023.
