On 10/20/2023 Gilbert J. Stevenson of West Martin Steet, Avis, PA was arraigned on an arrest warrant that was obtained by the Pine Creek Township Police Department following an ongoing drug delivery investigation. Gilbert Stevenson was charged with 2 Felony counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, 2 Felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, 2 Felony counts of Criminal use of a communication facility and 2 Misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Gilbert Stevenson is accused of selling 5.2 grams of bath salts to an informant on April 4, 2023 for $270.00 and on April 28, 2023 Stevenson is accused of selling 30 grams of methamphetamine to an information for $500.00 at his residence on West Martin Street, Avis, PA.

Gilbert Stevenson was arraigned by District Judge Keith Kibler. Bail was set at $50,000 and a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for October 23, 2023.  Stevenson remains committed to the Clinton County Correctional Facility on similar charges from another incident where Stevenson is accused of selling controlled substances.
