Pennridge Regional Police Officers handled 168 incidents during the week of January 11th to the 17th, 2026. A total of 14 traffic citations and warnings were issued during the same week.
INCIDENTS
DUI Crash Investigation: A traffic crash occurred in the 300 block of Ridge Road on January 11th, 2026, involving a GMC Acadia that had rolled over. Upon arrival of officers, it was determined that the female driver of the vehicle was exhibiting signs of intoxication and was subsequently transported to St. Lukes Grand View to have a blood draw conducted to determine the level of alcohol in the driver’s system. Charges are pending those results.
Criminal Mischief Report: On January 12th, 2026, police were contacted regarding a Subaru station wagon that had been damaged by an unknown person. The vehicle had two flat tires and had a large amount of black spray paint on the vehicle. The vehicle owner believed the damage to be in excess of $1000.
Theft/Fraud Investigation: A business owner in West Rockhill Township contacted police in regard to nearly $7000 in fraudulently cashed checks from their cabinetry business. The unknown actor deposited three checks from the business in a mobile phone app that were made out in fraudulent amounts. The business owner was able to recoup the funds from the bank and only needed documentation from the police.
DUI Investigation: Police responded to the parking lot of St. Lukes Penn Foundation for a driver of a pickup truck that had passed out behind the wheel. When police arrived, the driver was found to be attempting to leave the property and when police made contact, the driver was exhibiting signs of being under the influence. The driver failed standardized field sobriety tests and was transported to St. Lukes Grand View for a blood draw. Charges are pending the results of the blood testing.
Theft/Fraud: A resident of the 2600 block of Old Bethlehem Pike reported to police on January 15th, 2026, that their American Airlines frequent flier miles had been stolen and used by an unknown person to travel form Dubai to Paris. The loss to the resident was estimated to be $850 and police were asked to document the incident in hopes of obtaining reimbursement.
Theft Report: The owner of the Horse Tavern contacted police on January 14th, 2026, regarding the theft of cooking oil from the rear of the property. A white Ford van is seen backing up to the used oil tank and the driver is seen breaking a lock from the container and removing the cooking oil. The loss is approximately valued at $100. Police are still investigating.
Fraud Report: Police were contacted on January 16th, 2026, by a resident of the 200 block of Augustine Road for a report of nearly $13,500 in fraud being committed on their credit cards. According to the victim the purchases occurred on their Capital One card and the purchases were made online at numerous outlet stores. Police are investigating.
ARRESTS
Harassment Arrest: A 46-year-old female resident of East Rockhill was cited for harassment following an ongoing disagreement between neighbors.
Warrant Service: A 45-year-old male resident of West Rockhill was taken into custody by Pennridge Regional Police on an arrest warrant filed by Quakertown Borough Police Department. The warrant was in reference to a large narcotics investigation conducted with the Bucks County District Attorney Office. The male was transported to Quakertown Police Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS
January 13th, 2026:
Officers investigated a one vehicle accident involving a Honda Civic that had lost control striking the ditch and then a tree. No injuries were reported but the Honda had to be towed from the scene. The driver was cited for operating a vehicle at an unsafe speed.
Police responded to the area of Ridge Road and Schwenkmill Road for a Nissan Rogue that struck a deer as it crossed the roadway. No injuries were reported.
January 14th, 2026:
A Ford F150 and a Ram 1500 collided on Sterner Mill Road at Clymer Road, when the Ford entered the roadway from a stop sign and struck the Ram. No injuries were reported but the Ford had to be towed from the scene.
A Toyota Tacoma ran off the roadway and struck a boulder along Allentown Road around the area of Schukraft Road. Minor injuries were reported.
Police investigated a one vehicle traffic accident involving a Ford Focus that struck a deer on Rt. 313 in the area of Mountain View Drive. No injuries were reported but the Ford had to be towed from the scene.
January 16th, 2026: A Subaru struck a deer on Schwenkmill Road in the area of Branch Road. No injuries were reported.
January 17th, 2026:
A Chevrolet Equinox slid off the roadway on Ridge Road in the area of Old Bethlehem Road causing it to roll over. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Officers responded to the area of Ridge Road and Old Bethlehem Road for a Ford Ranger that struck a pedestrian and then struck the pedestrian’s Chevrolet Equinox that was disabled from a previous accident. The pedestrian was stuck by the Ford while he was attempting to get help for an accident his Chevrolet was involved in. Minor injuries occurred and the Chevrolet had to be towed from the scene.
A Honda Odyssey van slid off the roadway and struck the curb as it turned left from State Road onto Bethlehem Pike. No injuries occurred and the vehicle was towed.
A Hyundai Sedan slid off the snowy roadway and struck a fire hydrant as it attempted to enter the parking lot of St. Lukes Grand View. No injuries occurred and the Hyundai was able to be driven from the scene.
Police investigated a one vehicle traffic accident at County Line Road and Hillcroft Road when a Chrysler 300 slid off the roadway and struck a guiderail. No injuries were reported and the vehicle was driven away.
A Jeep Wrangler and a Ford F250 collided head on while traveling on Schukraft Road in the area of Allentown Road. The Jeep lost control on the snowy roadway and struck the truck. No injuries occurred but the Jeep had to be towed from the scene.
A two-vehicle traffic crash occurred on Branch Road in the area of Blooming Glen Road when an Oldsmobile struck a Ford F350 that was backing out of a driveway as it was plowing. Both vehicles needed to be towed from the scene, but no injuries occurred.
An Isuzu Trooper left the roadway on Fifth Street and struck a tree due to snowy roadway conditions; the Isuzu had to be towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.
