Pennridge Regional Police Officers handled 172 incidents during the week of February 15th, to the 21st, 2026. A total of 39 traffic citations and warnings were issued during the same week.
INCIDENTS
Suspicious Activity: Police were contacted on February 17th, 2026, by a resident of the 600 block of Ridge Road regarding a delivery driver entering their home to leave a package. The driver was delivering a package and opened the door to the residence and placed the package inside the door. The driver did not enter the home or appear to have disturbed anything. Police are working with the resident to ensure the driver is advised of the concerns this caused.
Suspicious Activity/Fraud Attempt: Police responded to the Sunoco Station located on Lawn Ave on February 19th, 2026, for a call placed by a customer wanting to report that an elderly woman was being scammed. When police arrived the located the female in the store who was visibly upset and was attempting to purchase bitcoin currency to pay an unknown person. It was determined that the female was contacted by a person identifying themselves as a member of the Bucks County Sheriff’s office telling her she need to pay bond for federal arrest warrant.
Unwanted Person: On February 20th, 2026, officers were dispatched to St. Lukes Grand View for a report of a male being disorderly in the waiting area. The male patient was discharged and was unhappy with the level and type of care he received from the hospital. Police provided a courtesy transport for the male.
ARRESTS
Warrant Service: A 48-year-old female resident of Harleysville was taken into custody on February 21st, 2026, following a vehicle stop on Lawn Ave. The female was a passenger in a Nissan SUV that was registered to her. During the course of the investigation, it was determined that the female had an active warrant for her arrest for failure to appear in court for a case involving the passing of bad checks. The female was transported to Bucks County Prison.
Hit and Run Arrest: A 56-year-old male resident of Kintnersville, was charged with leaving the scene of a traffic crash with injuries after he was involved in minor crash on Rt. 313 and Mountain View Drive. The male was rearended by another vehicle following a disturbance resulting from a possible road rage incident. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled in the future.
DUI Arrest: A criminal complaint was filed against a 57 year old male resident of East Rockhill following a minor traffic accident investigation on January 22nd, 2026. Police responded to the parking lot of the Glenwood Shopping Center on Fifth Street for a minor crash in the parking lot. Upon investigation it was determined that the male’s vehicle had struck another vehicle as it was parking in the parking lot, resulting in minor damage. During the course of the investigation the male driver exhibited signs of intoxication and was transported to St. Lukes Grand View for a blood draw. The laboratory testing of that blood sample returned a reading of nearly four times the legal limit.
DUI Arrest: A 57-year-old female resident of Ottsville was charged with driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia along with related traffic charges following an investigation of a traffic crash on January 27th, 2026. During the course of the traffic crash investigation, it was determined that the female had rolled her vehicle over striking a utility pole in the 1700 block of Rt. 313. The female exhibited signs of intoxication and was transported to the hospital for a blood draw to determine the level of intoxication. Blood testing indicated the presence of marijuana at the time of the crash.
DUI Arrest: A criminal complaint was filed against a 27-year-old resident of Quakertown following a crash investigation on December 14th, 2026, on Catch Basin Road in the area of Forrest Road. The male was found inside a BMW SUV that had struck a large rock. The male was found to be actively “huffing” from a large nitrous oxide tank. The male failed field sobriety tests and also refused to provide a blood sample at the time of the incident. The criminal complaint includes charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia along with motor vehicle offenses.
TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS
February 15th, 2026: A Hyundai Tucson struck a deer as the deer crossed the roadway in the 700 block of Rt. 313. No injuries occurred and the vehicle was driven from ten scene.
February 16th, 2026:
Officers responded to the area of Clymer Ave and Cathill Road for a two-vehicle crash involving a Ford Explorer that struck a parked vehicle, a Dodge pickup. No injuries occurred,
A one vehicle traffic crash occurred in the 2800 block of Clymer Ave. involving a Honda that slid off the roadway and struck a curb, resulting in the vehicle being towed. No injuries occurred.
February 17th, 2026:
A minor traffic accident occurred in the parking lot of St. Luke’s Grand View Hospital involving a Hyundai Sonata that backed into a Porshe SUV as it backed out of the parking spot. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven away from the scene.
A one vehicle traffic crash occurred on Sate Road in the area of Walnut Lane, when a Buick Century struck a deer as it crossed the roadway, the Buick then left the roadway and struck a tree. No injuries were reported but the vehicle needed to be towed from the scene.
February 18th, 2026: A Hyundai Tucson was involved in a crash on Old Bethlehem Pike and Richhill Road when it struck a passing vehicle resulting in minor damage to both vehicles.
February 19th, 2026:
A Jeep Compass and a Dodge Durango were reported to be involved in a traffic crash on Rt. 313 at Fifth Street when both vehicles turned stuck each other as they were both making left hand turns onto Fifth St. Minor damage occurred to each vehicle.
A Chevrolet Trax was struck by a Ford Focus as it turned left in front of the Focus at the intersection of Ridge Road and Rt. 313. Minor injuries were reported and both vehicles were towed from the scene.
Officres responded to the intersection of Lawn Ave. and Ridge Road for a two-vehicle traffic accident involving a Nissan Versa that turned in front of a Hyundai Sonata. Minor injuries were reported and the vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
February 20th, 2026:
A Honda Accord struck a tree along Ridge Road in the area of Old Bethlehem Pike as it hydroplaned off the roadway resulting in the vehicle being towed and the driver being transported to the hospital for medical treatment.
