Pennridge Regional Police Officers handled 156 incidents during the week of February 22nd to 28th, 2026. A total of 54 traffic citations and warnings were issued during the same week.
INCIDENTS
Disturbance: Police were dispatched to the emergency room at St. Lukes Grand View for a report of a patient who was unhappy with medical care at the hospital. Upon arrival of officers, it was determined that a female patient who was intoxicated was causing a disturbance. Officers deescalated the situation and the patient remained in the ER for treatment.
Suspicious Person: Security at St. Lukes Grand View contacted Pennridge Regional Police for a male who was “hanging out in front of the ER and acting suspicious.” Upon arrival of police the male was no longer at the hospital, but when speaking with security it was determined that the male kept entering and exiting the ER waiting area, which was a concern to staff. Perkasie Boro Police located the male walking from the ER, and it was determined that the male was having issues with mental health and contemplating receiving treatment.
Theft Report: Police were contacted by a resident who resides in the 300 block of Tower Road regarding several pieces of jewelry and money that were removed from their home. The resident did not want police involvement outside of a report being taken due to an ongoing domestic issue. No further police action was taken.
Identity Theft: On February 25th, 2026, officers were contacted by a resident of the 1000 block of Old Bethlehem Road who wanted to report that an unknown person opened a bank account using their personal information. The bank in question closed the fraudulent account and there was no financial loss to the resident.
Suspicious Activity: Polie responded to a residence in the 1200 block of Butler Lane for a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in front of the home. Upon arrival of police the vehicle was no longer at the property and the resident reported a set of footprints around the home. The footprints appeared larger than the homeowners and went directly to a generator secured on the property. The truck was only described as a white pickup truck. No further information was known.
Trespassing: The business owner of the Lovely Lady Bugs Consignment reported that a male fitting the description of an earlier retail theft had arrived in the store. When police arrived, the male was asked to exit the store where he was advised by staff that he was no longer permitted on the property and that if he returned, he could be charged with trespassing. The business owner was not interested in proceeding with charges, and the male was identified and released.
Suspicious Activity: On February 28th, 2026, police responded out to the area of the 400 block of Johanna Drive for a report of a male who made odd comments to the homeowner. Upon arrival of police the vehicle and male operator was located. The homeowner reported that the male was asking awkward questions that just made them uncomfortable. Police advised the male to not have contact any further with the homeowner and the homeowner was encouraged to contact police if the contact continues.
Juvenile Complaint: Police responded to the 000 block of Grove Circle for a report of three juvenile males throwing snowballs at a residence in the area. Upon arrival of police the males had left the area but were later observed by an officer throwing snowballs and hitting the same home. At the request of the homeowner no police involvement was taken outside of notifying the parents of the incident.
ARRESTS
Criminal Mischief Arrest: A 53-year-old-male and 22-year-old male both residents of West Rockhill Township were issued Non-Traffic Citations for criminal mischief following police responding to the 700 block of Washington Ave on February 23rd, 2026, for two four wheelers damaging the field. Upon arrival of police the males were contacted and admitted to riding the four wheelers on the private property field and causing damage. Both were released from the scene.
DUI Arrest: A criminal complaint was filed against a 22-year-old male resident of East Rockhill Township following the investigation of a domestic incident at his home. During the course of the domestic incident, it was determined that the male, who was intoxicated, admitted to hitting a large bush and traffic sign before he arrived home and caused the disturbance. Officers were able to identify damage to the male’s vehicle and subsequent damage to the property on Three Mile Run Road. Charges of driving under the influence and leaving the scene of a traffic crash were filed against the male.
TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS
February 22nd, 2026:
A Ford F550 struck a mailbox on Rt. 313 and Mountain View Drive as it turned left on the snowy roadway. No injuries occurred and the vehicle was driven from the scene.
A Toyota 4Runner struck a deer as it crossed the roadway on Rt. 313 in the area of Sterner Mill Road. After the Toyota struck the deer, it slid on the icy roadway and struck the embankment causing the vehicle to roll over. No injuries were reported but the vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
February 27th, 2026:
Police responded to the intersection of Bethlehem Pike and Main St. for a two-vehicle collision involving a GMC truck and a Subaru Impreza. The GMC was stopped at the traffic light when the Subaru struck the rear of the truck. No injuries occurred and the Subaru was driven from the scene.
A Volkswagen and a Ford van collided at the intersection of Branch Road and Schwenkmill Road as the Volkswagen entered the intersection striking the Ford. Minor injuries were reported and both vehicles were towed.
February 28th, 2026: A Chevrolet Silverado and a Jeep Cherokee crashed on Rt. 313 and Ridge Road when the Chevrolet ran in the rear of the Jeep when the light turned green. No injuries were reported and minor damage occurred to both vehicles.
