The Pennridge Regional Police Department is investigating three incidents of stolen scrap metal from businesses in East Rockhill Township. The actor in the photographs removes scrap metal from dumpsters to the rear of B. R. Scholl and Top of the Hill Automotive sometime after midnight on July 13th and on July 14th. The actor appears to be a white male in his 30's, thin, wearing a camo sweatshirt, believed to be a North Face brand and wearing gloves. The actor is operating what appears to be a 2010 to 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 pick up black in color with tinted windows and black wheels. The truck also has reflective license plate on the front, possibly an out of state plate or decorative. It is believed that the actor is traveling north on Rt. 313 from the Dublin area on both nights, based on his entrance into and departure from the business.
