03-31-22 at 11:27 pm. A New Hope police officer, on foot patrol on South Main Street, observed a male staggering down the street. On further investigation it was determined that the subject was under the influence of alcohol to a degree that he could not take care of himself. The male was cooperative and calm. A courtesy transport was provided to the male to his residence in Lambertville NJ.
