01/31/2022 at 1931 hours – Officers observed a running vehicle in a parking lot on South Main Street during their patrol with two male 18-year-old subjects occupying the vehicle.  The subjects were from Perkasie and New Hope.  As the officers approached the vehicle, one male was sparking a lighter continuously and the smell of burning marijuana was detected.  Charges to proceed by summons.
