01/28/2022 at 2157 hours – While patrolling the area of West Bridge Street, officers observed a 24-year-old male driving a vehicle without operating head lights or taillights.  Upon approaching the vehicle, officers detected a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. Charges to proceed by summons.
