04-15-22 at 4:38 A New Hope police, while on foot, officer heard a motorcycle with a bad exhaust. The motorcycle was stopped and tested with a decibel meter. The noise level was in excess of 96 decibels. The operator was advised and he was issued a written warning for the offense.
