An officer was following up on a noise complaint in the New Hope Shopping Center parking lot called into the station.  During the follow up, the officer observed one male playing a violin with an amplifier and another male holding a sign asking for money for kids and medicine.  The subjects were advised that they could stay if the property merchants agreed.  However, they would have to unplug the amplifier due to the Borough Noise Ordinance.  They unplugged, packed up, and left the parking lot.
