An officer observed a vehicle drift out of its lane of travel two times in the area of the New Hope Solebury High School.  The officer proceeded to follow the vehicle and observed erratic maneuvers.  The vehicle driven by a 25-year-old male from Dallas, Texas was pulled over by the officer.  Upon approaching the vehicle, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the subject and observed slurred speech.  Charges to proceed by summons.
