04-09-22 at 10:20 pm. A South Main Street Business reported a male subject in their parking area acting suspiciously. The subject appeared intoxicated and was walking around and between parked vehicles. The subject was observed at one point to be smoking suspected marijuana from a glass pipe by an employee. New Hope police officers arrived and they identified a Lambertville man who was taken into custody for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The arrest will proceed by summons.
