• Once at the PA State Police Web site, Choose the Report Name and Level of Detail.
• To the right, select "Bucks" from the County drop down list.
• After selecting the county, select "Jurisdiction" and then highlight "Middletown Twp" from the drop down list.
• At the bottom, pick the UCR Offense Code and press Submit.
